YOGA FOR CHILDREN

Through this project, I want to spread the message of yoga to as many young children as possible. I started this project by volunteering in various schools in the district of Nainital and doing yoga workshops. My goal is to train local people in the district of Nainital so that they can continue teaching yoga to children, all this will be non-profit based and the trainees will receive funds from our organisation to fulfil the project. This not only spreads the message of yoga to kids, but also creates employment in these communities.
